2019-2022
Location Scouting
With no experience in Hospitality, search for land took nearly 2-3 years, multiple trips to see land banks, untill this piece was shown and we came in love with the future potential of the place
2023-2024
Land Purchase
Once the location was finalized, came the next round of work towards land acquisition, inception of the facility
From Raw Drawings over paper, software apps, we started with Proof of Concept Container to assess viability of the project. Landscaping was initiated
2024-2025
Trial Runs
Based on the Proof of Concept, 2 Eco-friendly huts and 2 Containers were setup, along with other logisitcs. New Year's Eve 2026 was celebrated with few 1st time guests and we see traction by word of mouth.
2026-2027
Fully Operational
Finalize the necessary compliances towards hosting 12 people in huts/containers and around 6 people in ultra luxury tents. Streamline the overall operations to focus on further expansion to add capacity by 2-4 more huts/Containers.
